Ferengi
"Gorgan-Zola"
2-1

Strategy
Based on Franklin's Ferengi Deck from last year's Regionals. Use the expensive Rule of Acquisition (141) and Par Lenor to score 1 or 2 16-counter turns.  Attempt missions with 7 or 8 people, using multiple attempts per turn on different missions.  There is not a lot of personnel duplication, so most will be playable.  Use Rule #6 and 76 to draw cards when you have nothing better to do.  Bonus points should come from any of these sources: Tongo, Geo Survey or Kressari.  The Planet missions are generally easier to solve.  Rule 141 in hand is Goval and Gorgan food.

Ferenginar, Financial Hub
Geological Survey

Rogue S
TEROK NOR
"Cardassian Dissidents Move to Terok Nor"
2-1

I made a grievous error in deck construction with this deck, including two missions that required Physics, but only two personnel with that skill. I was actually aware of the oversight, and had planned to put in a trio of Engineering Kits, so that my 10 or so Engineers would have me covered. Luckily, I never did get Physics-choked, but if I played this again, I'd want to include them.

I also had the great misfortune to play this deck against two Brunt decks in three rounds, making it extremely difficult to play the half of my deck that required Reclaim Terok Nor to remain in play. No, Brunt's not overpowered. Not at all. :P
