Deck notes

I was using all the Ferengi personnel that add counters (Gaila, Gint, Lurin, and Quark SB). Plenty of equipment for Gaila and Lurin, along with high-cost equipment and personnel for Gint and Vash for Quark to throw under the bus repeatedly. Treasured Collectibles, Fajo's Menagerie and Grav-Plating Trap were also taking advantage of the equipment surplus. I would like to try a revamp of this deck without the skill-adding equipment.

Deck Strategy
The idea behind this deck is to use Commandeer Prototype to download the Khazara, plop it down on Engage Cloak, and put low cost cards from your opponent's hand on top of their deck so that you will win at Tongo: Confront. Of course, it has the alternate benefit of, if you find a card in their hand you really don't want them to have, you can put it on top instead. If you can't beat its cost, you'll give your opponent 5 points, but in some cases, it's worth it.

DRAW DECK

1 Charles Tucker III, Competent Engineer
1 D'Vela
1 Erika Hernandez, Comparable Captain
2 Hoshi Sato, Captain's Woman
2 Jonathan Archer, Covetous Commander
1 Logan Black

2 Emergency Transport Unit
2 Deja Q
2 Energize
1 Machinations
3 Optimism
1 Quantum Incursions
3 Remarkable Regeneration
2 Unexpected Difficulties

With Remarkable Regeneration, the Dilemma Pile to use takes advantage of  Consume dilemmas, so Tragic Turn and Consume stoppers/killers are the key, and Deja Q gets them back. Risa Shore Leave can easily be solved for 40 points with Cunning, (or even 45 with Archer), and there's no big rush to make sure that you solve the first space mission. The Columbia is helpful for solving Navigate Xindi Corridor if you're weak in a skill or two - just keep Daniels away from death.
